A SE London born and bred girl, Sarah is the maker and owner of Soul and Style. Handmade polymer clay earrings and hair accessories inspired by the 60s and 70s for vintage souls. Grown out of Sarah’s personal love for those decades with influences from old time movies, music and fashion. Everything is designed, made, packed and sent by Sarah. Soul and Style goodies are now stocked in over 40 independent shops worldwide! Soul and Style started in lockdown 2020 and launched in 2021. I started making retro inspired polymer clay earrings during lockdown, nearly giving up after a couple of months as I couldn’t get the baking time right! I am forever grateful I didn’t give up and I perfected my craft as I now have a successful small business. Starting with earrings inspired by my favourite decades (50s 60s 70s) I have branched out into handmade vintage scrunchies, hair accessories, keyrings and beaded necklaces. I’ve loved Old Hollywood glamour, 50s, 60s and 70s for as long as I can remember and I always wanted to emulate my favourite characters like Holly Golightly or the silver screen actresses who played them! Heavily influenced by films from those decades I decided to put my love into making items to make you feel like a starlet. Read their story
