Torrefazione Monforte Srl was founded in 1999 with the aim of creating coffee blends with unmistakable taste and aroma. In fact, our Master Roaster, Botanist by education, personally visits coffee plantations to taste and select the best raw materials to use. We create Caffe Monforte prestigious coffee blends in a certified roasting plant, ISO 9001:2015 certified, in the heart of Italy, in Molise, a region with no air pollution and dry climate, highly significant factors in green coffee roasting process. Torrefazione Monforte's raw materials warehouse is provided with more than 18 different Arabica and Robusta green coffee origins, sourced from strictly selected plantations of Central America, Africa and Asia. Our product offer includes a wide selection of roasted coffee blends, available as whole grain coffee beans, ground coffee, pods and capsules. It's been completed by sweetened cocoa powder for drinking chocolate, private label solutions as well as coffee-shop franchising concept. To ensure high quality standards, our production process includes three selection phases to remove foreign bodies. Our products are BRC Food Safety certified, two of our coffee blends are certified as Italian Espresso of Quality and, finally, we launched in 2014 Caffe Monforte Organic coffee line. We’re also member of SCA. Finally, Caffe Monforte trademark is officially registered in all EU countries, in the United Stated, in Mexico, in Switzerland, in Russia, in Iran and Japan.Read their story
