About Bentonshire Farms Soap Co.

We’re Joanne and Shane Stewart— military veterans, parents, and proud owners of Bentonshire Farms Soap Co. Our company was founded in 2017 after we moved to our farm in Southwest Missouri to set out on the homesteading adventure of a lifetime. Joanne took a soaping class in between taking care of our ducks and chickens and was immediately hooked. We started experimenting with making new products to help busy people simplify their self-care routines. That led to the creation of the Bentonshire Farms Soap Co. you know and love today. Busy people need natural skincare products that make self-care fast and easy so they can spend more time doing things that matter. You shouldn’t have to sacrifice your skin’s health because there isn’t enough time in the day to take care of it. We get that, and that’s what we focus on here at Bentonshire Farms Soap Co. Our high-quality, small-batch soap, lip balms, body butter, and sugar scrubs are easy to use and free of parabens and phthalates. We’re biased, but we truly believe our soaps, lip balms, body butter, and sugar scrubs are among the best out there. We put hard work and heart into every single product we create. Plus, we work hard to support women who have endometriosis like our daughter, Andrea. One in 10 women has endometriosis, and it takes an average of 10 years to get a diagnosis. We’re raising awareness by donating a dollar for every Lavender Dreams body butter sold to the Endometriosis Foundation of America.
