The first Darling Bee collection was launched in 2020 by Robert and Brydie Cummins, a husband and wife team, after the birth of their second child. Their mutual interest in sustainability, family history and raising resilient children were the founding considerations for this endeavour. We are committed to making our mark on our jewellery, not on the planet... All our pendants are made from ethically sourced silver. Through her background as a jewellery designer who specialises in engagement rings Brydie has a strong appreciation for how meaningful a jewellery item can be and has worked toward creating a collection that is memorable, ethical and inspiring. With the aim of creating gift-ready items they have worked with local businesses and artisans to create beautiful watercolour greeting and note cards printed on 100% post-consumer recycled cardstock and plywood counter display stands to make merchandising a breeze.Read their story
