Sirop Trading Co. is home to small batch hand crafted cocktail syrups and bitters. The Saizon family has historical roots in the backwoods and bayous of Cajun country where cooking wild game and sipping outlawed whiskey was the norm! Now we have taken years of "research" and brought our recipes to people who enjoy creating cocktails and sharing them with friends. Our best selling product, Sirop De Saizon, has amazed us since bringing this product to retail shelves by selling over 24,000 units in less than 3 years! The phenomenal flavors of toasted molasses, vanilla bean and fresh cane sugar pair fabulously with bourbon or rye whiskey alone or when creating a cocktail. Sirop de Clair is a clear simple syrup with notes of roasted almond, fresh coconut and a hint of citrus zest. This product was born when our tequila and gin loving friends would come visit and we had no syrup that was well suited for the clear spirits. We couldn't rest until this problem was resolved!
