Maja is a freelance illustrator based in Croatia. After she graduated she worked more than 10 years as a graphic designer, when she decided to take the leap and pursue her love for illustration in 2016. She loves to illustrate, play with patterns, write with apple pencil and get messy with brushes and gouache. She is inspired by travels around the world and the moments of everyday life. Her work is often female focused and characterised by bright colours, hand drawn style and joyful characters. Beside her work for clients she runs her own shop where she sells stationery products and art prints.
