Pastora has been linked to the Spanish shoe industry for more than 30 years. His curiosity for design and art in all its forms borders on the compulsive; his passion means being aware of how the creative world around him evolves. That is why the result of Pastora's work is fiercely traditional as well as avant-garde. Pastora started POQ as a personal project, driven by the lack of art and excellence that the jute footwear sector was suffering. POQ has become a namesake, a personification of its values.
