About Vibe & Glo Candle Studio

Vibe & Glo Candle Studio was born out of a passion for creating clean, eco-friendly home fragrances that not only transform spaces but also support mental well-being. Founded by Mikayla, a labor and delivery nurse in Houston, Texas, the studio emerged as a reprieve from long, exhausting night shifts. For Mikayla, making candles became a way to unwind, manage her own mental health, and reconnect with herself. This creative outlet soon blossomed into something more—a desire to share the power of self-care and a peaceful environment with others. But Vibe & Glo is about more than just beautiful scents. Behind every candle is Mikayla’s personal journey with anxiety and panic disorder. After experiencing firsthand the overwhelming nature of these struggles, Mikayla sought ways to bring peace and comfort to others facing similar challenges. She turned her mission into a purpose-driven business, using non-toxic ingredients to create candles that promote relaxation, mindfulness, and moments of calm. In addition to offering hand-poured, clean-burning candles, Vibe & Glo Candle Studio partners with the Anxiety & Depression Association of America (ADAA), donating 5% of each purchase to support their mission. Each candle is a small act of self-care and a contribution to mental health awareness and advocacy.
