Crousty'Breizh, The reference to buckwheat chips in the aperitif dictionary created by the French Aperitif Federation in partnership with the Hachette guide! THE ADVENTURE STARTS IN 2015! Mikael Cannier, founder of the company and chef by trade (10 years old). I created Crousty'Breizh (buckwheat chips) when I noticed that there were few savory biscuits with a real Breton identity for aperitifs!!! I worked on the recipe in my kitchen for almost 1 year before going to market in 2015. I started from scratch! Following the success of sales on the markets, I started going door to door with my traveling companion, my van full of boxes of chips! Today, we are expanding all over France and Europe, we are a team of 8 people, we make more than 2 tons of chips per week in an artisanal way in our workshops located in Retiers near Rennes.
