Cyanotype is an early photographic printing process, known for producing rich Prussian blue monochrome prints. The process uses a photosensitive solution of iron salts that reacts to UV light. When sunlight hits the treated surface, objects, or negatives, placed on top leave behind striking silhouettes and images.
