Roger Jackson, a sixth-generation farmer got his first hive of bees in 2016. He instantly fell in love and grew his operation over the next few years into 400 hives here in 2021. Roger only bottles the best honey for his family and will do exactly the same for your family. Wildflower honey makes up the majority of the honey that we produce, however, we try to make a few monofloral honey varieties during the year, including Gallberry and Cotton. Each bottle is filled in our brand new honey house individually as the orders are placed to ensure the maximum freshness possible. When you buy a bottle of our honey, you are purchasing honey exactly how the bees made it. This means the honey has not been heated, pasteurized, or filtered. Nothing has been added and nothing has been taken away, which is exactly how honey should be.
