Lilybranch started by accident. And happily so. When my mother announced that she wanted only a "nice card" for special occasions, she forgot that she was talking to a designer. With each card, they became more involved and elaborate. People would see them in her home and comment on the paper and the sentiment. Soon, requests were coming in. Years later Lilybranch has multiple card lines, gifts, and home goods. We moved from our Harlem, NYC studio in mid-2022, relocating to Peekskill, NY so that we could increase our offering. We print our cards here and using only the best papers. Our gifts and home goods are made in the US as well, working with other small businesses whenever possible.
