Rafa Gorrotxategi is the third generation of the Gorrotxategi Family. Since her childhood she has lived among ovens and piping bags. At the age of 24, he dedicated himself to working side by side in the workshop with his father José Mari Gorrotxategi, taking various confectionery and chocolate courses in Germany, France and nationally in Spain. This new commitment by Rafa Gorrotxategi is a leap forward in quality and innovation. It will surprise us with new products and innovative pairings that aim to bring artisan pastries to haute gastronomy levels. He has been showing us for years that haute chocolatier has no mysteries for him, now he will show us that high confectionery does not. Currently, the fourth generation is already with us, so Rafa Gorrotxategi and his son Armintz, together, develop and create products, with the team that forms this interesting project.
