About Hazel & James

Hi! My name is Faith, and I’m the owner and creator at Hazel & James. A little about me, I’m from Broken Bow, Nebraska, I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Hunter, we have two beautiful kids, and a golden retriever named Harley. I started this business when my daughter was only a few months old. I wanted to create something for her that was unique, so I learned how to make pacifier clips. I was only making them for her, then had a few friends who wanted some, and it just continued to grow. I started and Etsy shop, then switched to my own website, started going to vendor shows, and getting my products in other stores. I’ve learned so much about safety during this journey and pride myself on creating safe products. All my designs are CPSC complaint, meaning they have went through the proper third-party safety testing, and passed! Since starting my business, I have changed my name due to my growing family. I wanted to include both my kids in my name, creating Hazel & James, named after my daughter and son. With the help and support of my family, I run this business out of our house and hand-make all the beaded items myself. I’m thankful to be able to stay home with my babies while still having a creative outlet, running and growing my business! I love being able to create things that are unique and special, just like each person they’re made for!
