Rather than an affirmation, we suggest an action. Hack Decks® empower users not only to think positively but to act positively. The decks are thoughtfully researched and developed with input from experts in their fields. Why Hack Decks®? Each deck revolves around a topic that can be challenging, nerve-racking, or isolating. Themes include becoming a mother, going off to college and living on your own for the first time, getting organized, coming up with fresh ways to connect with your partner, and ways to express kindness and gratitude. The name Hack Decks® comes from the concept of life hacks. Each deck is a "life hack in a box." As users work through the prompts, the cumulative effects become more apparent in their daily lives.
