We operate a dedicated bakery Certified Free From the Top 9 allergens + certified gluten free + vegan + OU Kosher + Non GMO Project Verified. It all started one Christmas Eve when Brennan, the 3-year-old nephew of founders Becca & Chell Williams, couldn't have the cookies that grandma was offering to all the cousins because of a severe nut allergy. It broke Becca's heart that Brennen would experience being left out at family celebrations, school and other events. On top of this, Becca herself was diagnosed with various food allergies as an adult. Becca & Chell were inspired to start baking and serving food the entire family could enjoy that very Christmas Eve. Red Plate Foods was born with a mission and devotion to making delicious, allergy friendly products that can be shared by everyone, making life more "normal" for people with special diets. This commitment is what gets Becca & Chell out of bed in the morning and keeps them up late at night. It is a labor of love. Now, Red Plate Foods offers various small batch, baked products that are free from the top 9 allergens, gluten free, Non GMO Project Verified, OU Kosher and vegan. The products made on-site at Red Plate's dedicated facility in Bend, Oregon are sold to various grocery chains and food serve operators nationally.
