From what started as a hand blended Tea Company, Sahara Tea’s origins have evolved naturally into the Sahara & Co (‘S&C’) luxury wellness brand today. Since 2014, Yvonne Robertson has focused exclusively on natural ingredients for tea lovers with an emphasis on wellness and healthy living. Originally, Yvonne entered the tea market as an avid consumer who loved tea as part of her Irish family’s daily ritual. When the opportunity arose for her to take on the task of resuscitating a local tea business, she jumped at the opportunity. From that point on, Sahara & Co.’s mission has been to promote health and wellness choices through premium self-care products while remaining committed to maintaining the true essence of a neighbourhood, wellness tea company. The footprint of Sahara Tea has continued to grow with a single-minded focus on: - Using authentic all natural ingredients, from small organic farmers as far as Sri Lanka and India. - Purposeful blending with local ingredients when possible. - Avoiding commercial trendy teas with artificial additives, false claims and simulated ingredients.
