Chip’n Dipped Chocolatier is the brainchild of TV producer Peter Goldfarb. When Peter was growing up, his mom, Roberta, was completing a master’s degree in special education. Peter would laugh at mom’s unusual study strategy of reading and baking cookies at the same time. But when the cookies came out of the oven, he was the first in line! When now grown-up Peter moved to L.A., he shared his cross-country cookie shipments to the rave reviews of his TV friends. They all wanted to know where they could buy more. Thus began Peter’s vision to move back east, enroll in a famous cooking school, and share his mom’s recipes with the world. Using his newfound know-how, Peter added an awesome array of his own all-natural chocolate creations. With mom in tow, Peter established Chip’n Dipped Cookies and Chocolate with a mission statement to produce the best cookies and chocolate on the planet. In the summer of 2010, Chip’n Dipped moved from its modest original store, to its new flagship location in the center of Huntington, Long Island. As before, all baking and chocolate-making is done in full view. Our many varieties of handmade chocolate bars are sold in over 1000 U.S. locations.
