Carla Brizzi specializes in award-winning gourmet butter tarts, artisanal cookies and luscious deep fudge brownies. Carla started her business from a blooming love of baking as an Italo-Canadian, and her love and passion for family. She lost her office job, and with three young children and bills to pay, she took a leap of faith, showing her young family that it's never too late to follow a passion. Carla gives back through initiatives with MADD Canada after the tragic loss of her brother, Paul Brizzi, by a drunk driver.
