Quentin’s Sauce launched in January 2022 as a small batch sauce manufacturer based in Nashville. It all started when the maker of the sauce, Andrew Clore decided to grow Carolina Reapers in early 2016. The desire to grow those super-hot peppers was due to wanting a new and fun challenge, and one that would hopefully bring some good spicy food to life. After successfully growing the peppers, Andrew started making all kinds of stuff with the peppers. One of those things ended up being what is now the Hot Mustard Sauce. In the beginning the sauce was too hot for most to enjoy. But over time Andrew was able to work out a balance of spicy, sweet, savory and bold that made the sauce more desirable to all walks of life. You might ask yourself what it is exactly, and you wouldn’t be the first! You can think of the Hot Mustard Sauce as an everything sauce that goes great on chicken, pork, eggs, brats, pretzels and the list goes on!Read their story
