41 Grains goal takes chickpeas grown from our family farm in McCone County (county 41) Montana and turns them into flour. The flour is then made into premade mixes that are ready for fast easy gluten free foods. Our recipes are family-friendly and kids-approved! Chickpeas are amazing to cook with, they can be used in so many different ways and the fact that they are healthy for you and also easy to digest just makes them even better. Chickpeas are naturally high in protein and fiber, add in that they are one of the few beans that are not hard to digest and they are a great addition to any pantry. Along with the nutritional benefits of eating chickpeas, we found that using chickpea flour as a flour alternative is one of the easiest transitions to an alternative or gluten-free flour! We are the Sikveland's! Rex started our family farm in 2000, with 300 acres he has since grown the family farm to over 3000 acres. Beau started working full-time on the family farm right out of high school and is adding another 2000 acres to the family farm. Tristan works at the local CHS elevator and is working to add acres and cows to the operation. Our 2 young girls are always helping mom with whatever she is doing whether it is driving a tractor, running parts, or working at the store she runs in town. It takes the whole family to make everything run smoothly and keep building for the future generations of our family. Tristan and, his wife, Alissa just had our first grandchild Kolt
