At 41 Grains, we grow what we make — starting with chickpeas and lentils from our family farm in McCone County, Montana (County 41). We turn these crops into fresh-milled chickpea flour, ready-to-use gluten-free baking mixes, and our popular Lentil Cruncher Snacks — wholesome, protein-packed, and full of real flavor. Chickpeas are a nutrient-dense superfood: high in protein and fiber, naturally gluten-free, and easy to digest. Our mixes make baking simple and healthy, with kid-approved recipes the whole family can enjoy. We're the Sikvelands, a multigenerational farm family. Rex started the farm in 2000 with 300 acres. Today, with sons Beau and Tristan, we’ve grown to over 5,000 acres. Everyone pitches in — from tractors to store shelves — to bring you real food with real roots.
