About Karli Fairbanks

Karli Fairbanks is an LA based, by way of the Pacific Northwest, visual artist. After spending fifteen years as an award winning designer and art director, she faced a pivotal point of burn out. With an old box of craft paints from her grandmother, Karli turned to the meditative practice of painting. What started as a routine of self-soothing became a full time gig when each painting and drawing sold immediately. Four years later, Karli travels selling art at markets and galleries taking with her the self-reflections that come through the creative process. Each message, color palette and figure are inspired by connection. Connection to growth, to self, to others and to the natural world. Read their story
