Your next favourite textiles are here. My name is Tiina Varrio and I was born and raised in berry picking lands and sewing pins. My passion is designing hemp textiles and my favourite scents are wild rosemary and juniper. I've lived and loved under the enigmatic midnight sun. I crave hemp textiles to become a real, aesthetic, Northern protest for fast fashion. Why should you love hemp? Besides being breathable, anti-bacterial and incredibly durable yet skin-loving, hemp fibre is one of the most sustainable materials to use. I want to make hemp mainstream as it's not as thirsty as cotton and can be grown here in the soils of Europe as well.
