During crabbing season as a kid, Jeff (future Van Smokey himself) and his dad would wake up crazy early, go down to the water and start dropping cages in to try and catch dinner. Jeff's dad, smart man that he was, knew that if he didn't keep his kid well-fed, he would have a hangry little monster on his hands. Allowed to choose one snack, Jeff went with jerky every time—and has ever since. Years later, when Jeff's dad was diagnosed with cancer, Jeff moved back to Delaware to help him out. There, Jeff built a smokehouse for them to make their own jerky to enjoy together, just like in the old crabbing days. But before they were able to fire up the smokehouse for the first time, his dad passed. After this loss, Jeff moved to the Catskills and built a smokehouse in his backyard. He started Van Smokey as a way to connect with his dad and with the community he now calls home. From that first smoker in Delaware, to experimenting in his Brooklyn apartment on a small portable one, Jeff has smoked a lot of meats. After years of experimenting, he set up shop in Livingston Manor, the town and community that helped nurture his idea and gave his products their first shot. Located in the heart of the Catskill mountains, Van Smokey is dedicated to developing products that are exciting to try and fun to create. After all, if you aren't having fun, what's the point? Owner & maker Annie Fisher has been studying, admiring, & concocting herbal remedies & medicines since she was very young. Making elixirs & tonics (especially fire tonic!) has been her hobby for the last 10 years... Medicinal botanicals have made such a difference in her life. She is extremely grateful to share her herbal preparations with you! This is the story of how The Fighter (her best selling fire tonic) came to be... A few years ago, a significant & prolonged crash in Annie's immune system prompted her to get more serious about making & taking her favorite herbal immune boosting elixirs. As a mother of two young children, she suddenly found herself completely depleted & over-extended. Stress & fatigue crept up in the form of pneumonia AND shingles at the same time. This resulted in an intense fight for her immune system. Annie packed all of her go-to immune boosting botanicals into a one gallon batch of fire tonic. The Fighter was born! She posted a beautiful picture on Facebook to share this gorgeous batch with friends & by the next morning, she was shocked by almost one hundred comments inquiring about that curious potion! Thanks to social media, friends, & family, her personal immune boosting tonic blossomed into Wildfire Elixirs. Each small batch of The Fighter contains that very same potent blend, the one Annie made that day, just a few years ago. Today, The Fighter is an essential part of Annie's, and many others', daily wellness practice.

Farm2Cocktail began as a means to make mixology easy for cocktail lovers. Our flagship products are known as shrubs, a word derived from the Arabic sharab, meaning beverage or "to drink". Shrubs are a fusion of fresh fruits, herbs, sugar and vinegars combined to create unique and flavorful syrups for cocktails, mocktails and even dressings. During colonial days shrubs were used to preserve the flavor of fruits in the off season and have evolved over time to become a home bar's up and coming mixer. "I started making shrubs because I fell in love with their rich history and well balanced sweet and tart flavor profile," says Farm2Cocktail founder Carlton Chamblin. Chamblin is a native of Birmingham, AL with backgrounds in art history, product marketing and restaurant service.  Since moving to Rabun County, Georgia in 2016 he has been an integral part of the community and an ardent supporter of the local food bank and their teaching kitchen. He has taken his love of bartending and hospitality to new heights with the founding of Farm2Cocktail. Carlton’s passion is to develop more mixology-made-easy products using all natural ingredients with an emphasis on small batch and boutique stylings. Carlton resides in Tiger, Georgia with Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey and Diva, his three canine rescues.

In 2013, my wife, Angela, and I got involved in a small, non-profit that foraged local fruit where we learned various techniques to preserve fruit. Around the same time, Angela, then pregnant with our first child, began craving something that had the complexity of a cocktail but that was healthy, made with real ingredients and, of course, had no alcohol. One day, after harvesting 400 pounds of crabapples, we were looking for recipes for our bounty and came across the concept of "shrubs". We learned that shrubs (not small bushes) have a long and complicated history dating back to the 15th century. In colonial America, shrubs became popular as a way to preserve fruit harvested throughout the summer using vinegar (instead of citrus). With this knowledge and fruit from our neighborhood, we started experimenting with shrubs; adding different herbs and spices to create intriguing flavor combinations. After making our first batch with some sparkling water, the result was a drink that was incredibly refreshing and satisfied every aspect of Angela's craving. Creating a product with real, simple ingredients was essential because everything on the market that tasted good was made with something weird or had a ton of sugar. For us that means: Organic apple cider vinegar (ACV) with the "mother", whole, fresh (non-GMO) fruit, organic herbs & spices, a touch of organic, fair trade cane sugar (from a family run business, just like ours). Nectar of the Vine co-founder Dennis Hart first became involved in the food business back in 1992. After many years in the food industry, he and partner (now wife), Carol Nastasi, started Nectar of the Vine in 2005 because of their entrepreneurial spirits, energy, and their tastes for fine foods. They wanted to provide a fun, new way for people to enjoy wine. Moving towards retirement, they passed the baton over to Carol's son, Anthony Nastasi. Our company is stationed in Burton, Ohio but our entire line of signature Wine Frappés and other gourmet products can be found at events across the country. We have built a wonderful client base at these events and look forward to returning year after year to introduce new flavors. We do not sell our mixes in big box stores but only at events, online, and to smaller boutique shops in an effort to maintain uniqueness.

Formed by a passionate and creative team, we have acquired the know-how to offer unique drinks that are developed in Paris and made in the Paris region. There is often a lot of research and development behind a simple recipe. This is the case with the recipes of each Bacanha raw syrup which always results from a long process to find the perfect taste and unique aromas. The basis of the raw syrup is a certified organic pure cane sugar from South America. Then, an infusion can be done, in other cases we add fruit juices, natural extracts or even essential oils. This work of creation and subtle assembly aims, once the syrup has been mixed, to deliver the most authentic and natural taste possible. The common point between all our flavors is the quest for the ideal balance between pH and brix, ie and sugar level. Most of the raw syrups have a pH of less than 4.5 and a brix around 60°, the perfect combination for an exceptional taste. In addition, a low temperature heat treatment is applied to our syrups in order to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of our recipes.
