Since 1982, we have been creating award winning recipes and artisan blends in our home village of Morin Heights, located in the Laurentians, a land of lakes and mountains an hour drive north of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Our range of products includes gourmet dip mixes, hot baked dip mixes and chilled dip mixes, gourmet hot chocolate, brie bakers and baked brie toppings, pulled pork seasonings, burger seasonings, beer can chicken seasonings, cake in a mug mixes, and much more! At Gourmet du Village, we make it easy to make homemade. We add the taste to the basics in our customer’s pantry or fridge with our easy to make recipes and products to share with family and friends.

Our recipe contains a blend of gourmet and carefully selected cocoas to create its amazing flavor. It consists of only 1% natural and artificial flavoring, which we use to round out the blend and maintain a consistent flavor profile.We spent six months developing our powdered cream base, refined the recipe’s stabilizer to keep the cocoa suspended: we wanted our drinks to keep a natural consistency as they cooled. We also endeavored to create a base that was creamier than anything mixed with milk, since we knew this was the taste that most customers preferred. With its frothy head, its creamy base and its pleasing consistency, we are confident that our efforts in creating CUPofCOATM have resulted in the highest quality cocoa available on the market.

As immigrant kids, food was the one thing that always brought us joy, comfort and a sense of belonging. Our family migrated to Los Angeles from Oaxaca in 1994. That same year, our parents opened Guelaguetza Restaurant to bring Oaxaca flavors closer to their community. Ever since then, our goal has been to showcase not only our family recipes, but also the hard work and dedication that goes into each of them. Our moles are crafted with extra care and love. They are vegetarian, gluten free and easy to prepare. All you need is our mole paste, your favorite stock, tomato sauce, a sprinkle of brown sugar and a dash of salt. Today, our mission is to continue our parents legacy by bringing those same Oaxaca flavors to your home, wherever that may be in the world

Indulging in a good cup of hot chocolate has always been an enjoyable experience for my family. However, the desire to find a GREAT hot chocolate, that was not only rich and creamy in taste, but had a personality to boot, started this passion project and a subsequent challenge that has turned into a good ol' fashion family venture. The result? A delightful beverage and a clever brand in Beshaler Hot Chocolate that is inspired by the 90’s, comedy; and, most importantly, the warmth and relaxation that comes from sipping hot chocolate. About the Name Beshaler is my maiden name, which several of my family members started pronouncing differently several years after I got married. So, as a "pound sand" gesture (in the most loving way), I named my company Beshaler so it could be pronounced the way that is most near and dear to my heart. It's BEESH-ler! About “Sheeshler” (if you should want to spend the time to read the back of the packages) As the story goes, my dad got a bit schnockered one night in college when he was first starting to chat up my mom. As he yelled up to her second-story window, he announced himself as Sheeshler. With total disregard, his “invite” to get together was declined (that night, anyway!) I truly hope you enjoy this hot chocolate as much as my family and I do.

After living on more than four continents with humanitarian aid agencies, our founder - Steve - decided to bring distinctive spices and flavors from around the world to all-natural cocktail mixes. The results are delicious and sophisticated-but-fun. We use high-quality, all-natural ingredients to make concentrated drink mixes that will go a long distance for your customers. Unlike most drink mixes which make only two or three cocktails, our bottles make on average 10 to 12 cocktails, glasses of sangria, mugs of mulled wine, or hot toddies - leaving your customers satisfied and thirsty for more. We are also pleased to have launched a new line of spices/salts and flavored sugars in 2023. Like all of our products, the labels are clean and include plenty of recipes so that your customers won't be left guessing how to use our delicious mixers, spices, sugars, and more.

Sillycow Farms is a small gourmet food company based in Northeast Vermont that offers delicious hot cocoa products with a clean ingredient list. No fillers, no preservatives and only basic high quality ingredients to include cocoa powder, sugar and natural flavorings. Our products are Gluten Free, Non-GMO and nut free.
