We choose South American Heirloom Cacao for its perfect balance of fruity, floral high notes & nutty undertones. We source Certified Organic Cacao from regenerative farms that support lush, green, ecological diversity. All of our farming partners are paid Fair Trade wages or above. Coração in Portuguese means heart. The rythmic center of every human. Theobroma Cacao means food of the gods. It is the tree from which cacao seeds are gathered and chocolate is made. We combine Coração and Cacao to create Coracao Chocolate.
