I knew there had to be other people out there who needed the convenience of a mix or ready-made frosting, but didn’t want to serve something that tasted bland or artificial. I decided to create a new kind of baking company where delicious and organic aren’t oxymorons, where you actually feel good about what you’re serving to those you love I see Miss Jones as a leader in the baking aisle, changing a category that is light on innovation. I also see us as an online resource for at-home bakers who are looking for creative ways to bake and present their work. We spend a lot of time in our test kitchen developing new recipes and techniques, hoping to supply everything our customers need to bake more and bake better.
