My name is Agnes. I was born in Hungary and I left my home for the love of my life, so I moved to the States. I have always loved painting, so it was a given to start working on something I could create myself. My goal was to combine my Hungarian heritage with my creativity. So, I started hand painting wearable art pieces such as earrings, hairpins, bangles and cuff links. The name of the company was inspired by my muses, my two daughters. The name ‘a-mia’ is a portmanteau word, created by their names.
