WE Made is a nonprofit social enterprise in Birmingham, Alabama. Through our job readiness curriculum and hands-on work experience, our workforce development program helps people living with disabilities and other barriers to employment achieve their highest vocational potential. Through our program, our participants make our line of baking mixes and sprays as they work towards graduating into jobs in the community in the food service and retail industries.
