I'm Lina - designer, beloved, wife, mama, former Corporate IT girl, cake snob, and journal hoarder. Chosen & Free Co started out as a hobby. I was knee-deep into mothering 3 young boys and felt like I needed an outlet (can I get an Amen, mamas?) I decided to give jewelry making a try - purely as a hobby. I loved it beyond words and almost right away started getting requests to sell my pieces. And here we are! I'm so grateful and still have to pinch myself sometimes. Many of my adult years were marked by tough things like depression and low self-esteem. Maybe you can relate? By the grace of God and help from tools like therapy and coaching, I've found myself + freedom. My journey to wholeness now feels like a beautiful (and bumpy!) ride, rather than a steep hill to climb. I want my brand and my products to remind women everywhere that they are loved. And brilliant.
