LUCIE IN PARIS- "We bring you joy and a touch of Paris" The brand features Lucie, our muse, in search of adventure and Paris' best kept beauty secrets. Our products combine potent natural ingredients with a touch of French whimsy. BRAND STORY As a child, Eric Sakas took French lessons and wanted to become a pastry chef. After college, he studied in Paris before moving to New York. It was there that he met top makeup artist Kevyn Aucoin. Mr. Sakas worked closely with the master artist for 10 years, developing his makeup line, and later products for some of the most recognized names in the beauty industry. It was always his desire to combine his love of Paris with his passion for beauty. In 2012, while on a business trip to Paris, he found the inspiration for his next venture. On a brisk autumn day while sitting at a cafe in the Marais, he noticed a chic girl with large sunglasses getting onto her bright red moped. He was so captivated by her cool, Parisian style and carefree attitude that he quickly made a sketch of her. After returning to the States, he developed a unique assortment of beauty products inspired by his new muse and launched in 2015. Lucie + Pompette is the culmination of his rich experience in product development, as well as his affinity for the City of Lights.Read their story
