Mama Luma is a girls brand based out of Santa Barbara, CA. Mrs. Sari, our Co-Founder and Head Designer, is an interior architect, who is a mother of two. She started designing for her daughter back in 1999 with love and care. Mrs. Sari is a perfectionist and a big advocate of women empowerment. She is dedicated to inspire new generations. Mama Luma stands for promoting women's sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for girls to not only discover who they are today, but to create the women they'll become tomorrow. Fashion is a form of art, and exposing girls to art plays a crucial role in their personal development. All girls around the world deserve to feel confident and comfortable enough to express themselves in order to develop impactful and creative minds. That's why Mama Luma partnered with Develop Africa to donate 4% of our quarterly sales to kids in Africa, where girls do not have access to these resources. At Mama Luma, more than 75% of our employees are women. The positive energy is always glowing around the office and our team is dedicated to make an impact. We ethically source our fabrics and handcraft each design in Europe with the utmost precision. The finest roots of silk layers each masterpiece to serve a comfortable feel.
