Charlotte Piper is a small family-owned Boutique Fudge & Chocolate business based in the small Rural Victoria Town of Kerang. With 4 generations of food manufacturing in our blood, we are bringing to you our wealth of experience and knowledge through our beautiful flavours of fresh handmade fudge, chocolates and sweet temptations. SHIPPING TERMS: Freight Charges are as follows. $35.00 Flat Rate for orders above $300.00 ex GST, Order above $750.00 ex GST will be FREE FREIGHT. DELIVERY TERMS: - All orders must be delivered to a COMMERCIAL ADDRESS. - Please allow 2-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be dispatched. During peak seasonal times, the despatch may be longer than 7 working days. Preorder products and seasonal products that have dates of expected are only a guide as to when they may be available, these will be updated if needed. - Orders cannot be cancelled as a lot of products are made to order so they are fresh as possible. - All discrepancies and damages must be received by email within 24 hours of delivery.
