After our founder, Billy, managed to keep his mental health issues at bay using natural remedies, he wondered, "Why don't we take things to support our mental wellness every day, like we do our physical wellness?" He started Blossom in hopes of changing that. He worked closely with functional medicine doctors and a food scientist to develop meditation in a mug, a line of instant oat milk latte mixes infused with clinically-effective levels of fast-acting superfoods that provide calm, focused alertness. But Blossom is more than just a product – it's a philosophy. We believe that taking care of your mental health should be a daily ritual, just like brushing your teeth.
