She noticed that a lot of the kids loved to wear headbands after hair loss from chemotherapy. Armed with inspiration, Jess founded Headbands of Hope during her junior year in 2012. For every item purchased, a headband is donated to a child with an illness. HOH has grown to impact hundreds of thousands of people with a simple accessory, but it all started with a single idea to act. In December of 2021 we reached a huge goal we've been dreaming of for almost a decade, we have now donated over ONE MILLION headbands! More details: We are a small women operated give back company. All our products come on packaging that explains the cause to your customer, with your first order you will also receive a store sign that explains the cause, and we match the number of items that YOU purchase and donate headbands to YOUR local children's hospital or one of choice.
