My creative world was turned upside down the day I discovered that my old guitar strings were a perfect medium for jewelry design. The realization that guitar strings could be re-purposed for jewelry ignited a spark. In a perfect melding of my love of music and passion for creating. High Strung Studios was born. Now celebrating 13 years, High Strung Studios continues to offer handcrafted guitar string jewelry with a unique design aesthetic as well as an ever expanding range of uncommon gifts for the Eco-conscious musician. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of High Strung jewelry is donated to Musicians on a Mission, a New Jersey based 501(c)3 non-profit organization which uses the power of music to raise awareness and funds for local charities.
