From the beautiful blue fields of flax to the golden sun-drenched sunflower petals, every seed tells a tale of nutritious wonder. Flackers are made from only simple ingredients and are USDA Organic, certified Gluten Free, Kosher, Non-GMO verified, and vegan. Many of our crackers have low net carbs which make them one of the only plant-based Keto options for crunchy snacking. Flackers® were originally developed by a doctor for patients with special dietary needs. After gaining notoriety within the local gluten-free community, Flackers made their grocery store debut in 2008 through cooperative grocery stores in the Twin Cities in Minnesota.
