The company was originally founded by owner Olga Gerogianni, a former spa manager and beautician who moved to Scotland from Greece with her husband in 2018 to embark upon a new life. The vision for Estia soaps began all the way back in 2006 when Olga started experimenting with pure essential oils in soaps, natural cosmetics and aromatherapy treatments, but the business really took flight once family circumstances meant she was able to truly follow her passion. Beginning with just a small budget but a tenacious desire to pursue her dreams, Olga has created a highly regarded retail business with exceptional products that have already made a name for themselves in a heavily saturated market. As well as developing an impressive array of high quality soap and cosmetics products, Estia soaps is a business that is concerned about making a positive impact within the industry. Given the importance placed on eradicating single use plastic these days, the soap retailer is committed to ensuring the packaging of their 100% natural products is as environmentally friendly as possible. As well as recyclable packaging, Olga’s soaps, oils and creams are also never tested on animals meaning customers can luxuriate in the beautifying effects of her products with a clear 100% cruelty free conscience.
