About B.T.R. Bar

B.T.R. stands for "be BOLD, TENACIOUS & RESILIENT," my parents' personal mantra. I started the company as a tribute to them. When my parents were diagnosed with rare forms of cancer, our lives changed forever. As their primary caretaker on-the-go, I was inhaling sugar-laden snacks out of a hospital vending machine & my nutrition suffered. I craved a snack low in sugar, powered by plants, with the cleanest ingredients on the planet that actually had benefits. When my parents passed away, I made it my mission to share these nourishing snacks with the world. And that's how B.T.R. NATION was born. Today, we're on a journey to help fix our broken food system. We're reimagining the on-the-go snacks you'd find in a typical vending machine. Because convenience shouldn't = junk. We have two product lines in the market currently: 1. Our Superfood Bars, the first protein bar with a purpose, boosted with plant-based superfoods, purpose-driven adaptogens & functional mushrooms to satisfy every snacking occasion from A.M. - P.M. 2. Our Superfood Truffle Cups, our take on a nostalgic nut butter cup meets a decadent truffle. 0g added sugar, naturally sweetened with dates, and sustainably & ethically sourced cacao from regenerative farms. All B.T.R. NATION products are: plant-based, dairy-free, soy-free, 0g added sugar, low glycemic, and free from gums, emulsifiers, lecithins, and "natural" flavors, and Registered Dietitian approved.
