About Lux Aeterna Gifts

Lux Aeterna was born out of a need to be creative; the need to take a step back and breathe. After leaving my high stress, low reward managerial job, I was lost. After a while resetting and finding myself again, I was now happy, but I needed a new challenge; one that I could enjoy and maybe through which I could also give positivity to others. I have always enjoyed wax melts and scented candles and as I sat back enjoying the calming scent of Lavender and Camomile I had my first, very scary, thoughts of a business plan... Could I make and sell my own? I could certainly make them, but would people want to buy something I had knocked up in my living room? So then began the long journey of learning the different types of wax available, the difference between fragrance oil & essential oil. Shape, size and packaging all featured, as did finding the right conditions to make my melts in and fine tuning the perfect recipe to make them to. I always wanted to offer a luxury product, but at an everyday price and I draw my inspiration from one of my favourite hashtags - #BougieOnABudget. I soon learned wax melts are made for melting and although my customers may buy with their eyes for their first purchase, the reason they’ll keep coming back is because of the exquisite fragrance our products have.
