I have worked with glass for over 15 years in my basement studio. Originally trained as a stained glass artist, I have explored and experimented with recycled glass to discover new ways to apply art glass techniques to recycled glass. A lot of glass is not recycled, especially in rural areas, so I work with local wineries to collect their empty bottles. Applying art glass techniques to these recycled bottles allows me to upcycle the bottles into unique and beautiful glass art.
