We are a small farm turned small business from East Troy, Wisconsin. The two of us, along with our five kids, enjoy our farm and learning and growing together. In the fall of 2020, we decided to do more and started sharing our love of toffee making. We both come from large families. When we got married and went to family gatherings, we realized everyone had their own dessert to pass. We decided to start making toffee. Over these past many years, we perfected our recipe until it became a favorite dessert. We decided to share it with everyone! Our toffee is different than you may be used to. We roast our almonds a bit longer, and being from Wisconsin, we make ours with more butter to give you that great crunch. We perfected our two-sided chocolate technique, too. Today, all our fine toffees are hand-made with the same care and attention to details as when we first brought it to our family table. As our small business has grown, our line of toffee has expanded as well.
