Joshua Millman is the owner and founder of Passion House! He continues to roast the coffee himself, taking immense pride in his craft and making sure each roast is just as consistent and delicious as the last! Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago, Joshua’s roots have always been in coffee and music. He was a Chicago House DJ and started his coffee career as a Barista for Starbucks. He began roasting coffee in California with hopes and plans to bring that brand back to Chicago! One day, the owner of the company Joshua was roasting for, decided he did not want Joshua to bring the brand to Chicago. He felt Joshua did not have the “Passion” for it. As coffee has been Joshua’s whole life, this comment only lit the fire to get his own company off the ground! Joshua came back to Chicago in 2011 and with the help of his former employer and his time as a Chicago House DJ, “Passion House” was born! He has been roasting coffee in Chicago since! All of our coffee’s at Passion House are bright, floral, and delicious! We have something to offer for all pallets and are excited to expand the Passion House brand across the nation!
