Years ago our family had an on going rivalry to see who could create the spiciest dish. Our goal was to inflict enough pain on one another and earn the victorious bragging rights. At some point my stepfather, David decided it was time to make our own brand of hot sauces… in 2011 Seafire Gourmet was born. It took David years to perfect the ideal balance of heat and flavor. The rest is history. Our 5 sauces that vary from mild to hot are handcrafted with unique recipes using all natural ingredients and flavors that set them apart from any other sauces. We don’t add any extracts for heat or preservatives, just simple ingredients. All are gluten free, low or no sodium/ sugar and vegan friendly. We have been featured on Hot Ones, won numerous awards, highlighted in articles and had countless reviews. We are based out of Washington State but you can find us in butcher shops, grocery stores, hardware stores, boutiques, restaurants and online retailers across the US.
