I created 8Greens after recovering from stage III cancer when I was 25. In that recovery I learned the power of greens, and often my apartment looked like both a farmers' market and an apothecary. Not only did I get better, I looked better and all my friends kept asking me for “my secret”. They wanted the same. But when the answer was greens (algae anyone?!) that tasted like pond scum and was a part time job both in time and cost, they gave up. I vowed to make greens easy and tasty for anyone, anywhere, any time. It took me five years and 264 prototypes to make the world’s first real greens effervescent tablet. We’ve sold well over 100 million. The world’s first greens gummies, world’s first real greens chewables, world’s first real greens lollipops have followed. What company can say they have created 4 world’s first products?
