In 2019, Manuela Opromolla founded Aulettas Gold® to help her family in southern Italy sell their own olive oil due to the poor economic situation. For some time now, only a small proportion of the olives in Auletta have been processed into oil, because otherwise olive farmers would be left with the production costs. Having learned this at the 2019 harvest, the founder decided to act and has been working with the local cooperative since August 2020 to distribute the unique olive oil all over the world. As Auletta has been producing the highest grade olive oil since 1131, their main focus is to preserve the tradition, passion and motivation of olive growers so that they are fairly rewarded for their hard work so that a great many people can still enjoy Auletta's gold for a very long time.
