Ella's Flats is a women-owned, family-run company founded by Ellen Macks in 2017 that specializes in making delicious all seed crackers with a commitment to clean ingredients. Ellen is a health-conscious mother with an appetite. She’s always on the lookout for recipes that both taste great and make you feel great and had a eureka moment when she started making a cracker recipe using just seeds and spices. What started in her family kitchen quickly evolved into Ella's Flats, a brand dedicated to providing delightful, nutritious, and versatile crackers. Ella's Flats are more than just a cracker. Made with only seeds and spices, they can be enjoyed all day - as a bread/toast replacement, as toppings over soups and salads, with cheese boards or as a snack on their own.
