I started making scrub caps in 2015, because I noticed there was a lack of cute and fashionable caps. I wanted to create a product that is eco-friendly, reusable, and allows my customers to express themselves while working. I found myself with plenty of leftover fabric scraps too small for scrub caps, but too nice to throw away. After researching, I found there was a need from colostomy bag patients for bag covers, and knew right away I wanted to design and sew fashionable and comfortable covers. From there I began designing and sewing other medical garments and accessories, such as catheter bag and tube covers, easy-use scarves for trachestomy patients, and even scrub-pocket organizers. Today, I have made and sold over 10, 000 scrubs caps, and several thousands of my other products through Etsy, eBay, Poshmark, and other selling sites.
