Gmichelle Wellness is dedicated to compassionately guiding and encouraging exhausted professionals discover the well-rested version of themselves. We offer restorative self-care tools, guided journaling and interactive workshops to prevent and recover from experiences of burnout, compassion fatigue and capitalism fatigue. G. Michelle Goodloe, LCSW is the founder and owner of Gmichelle Wellness. As a first-time mom and licensed clinical social worker, Michelle knows all too well what it feels like to put her needs last in service of others. With a professional background in providing clinical interventions, compassion-based services and statewide advocacy, the focus of Michelle's career has been to develop and institute accessible and resourceful avenues of support through Gmichelle Wellness. When she's not advocating for busy, hard-working people to recover and rest, Michelle loves diving into a new book, journaling and winning a game of Monopoly. Michelle resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and son.
